So, there's a lot of sliver decks and its relatively easy to make a sliver deck that's very powerful. But this is not a beat down deck. In fact, I hesitate to include so many slivers. This deck uses mana echoes with sliver queen to create infinite mana and slivers. Goblin Bombardment, Acidic sliver or exsanguinate can then be used to deplete the opponents life totals to zero. Heart sliver, gem hide sliver, and either anointed procession, parallel lives, or mana reflection can also be used to create infinite slivers with sliver queen. Ashnods altar and parallel lives or anointed procession can also be used to create infinite slivers. One could include sterling grove or replenish to protect the enchantments or doubling season as an alternative to AP and PL. However, I don't think its necessary. There are ample tutors available. With the ability to produce infinite slivers, if you have kindred discovery, you can then begin drawing your entire deck until you get exsanguinate , acidic sliver, or goblin bombardment.
